These computerised details will be retained within the current tax year only and then deleted. Paper copies of the booking form completed by you will be retained in our tax files for the statutory 7 years before being safely and securely destroyed.
We do not store any banking details in any database or paper file. Following the completion of any transaction, banking details are destroyed and disposed of safely and securely.
